Persian Silk & Wool Souf Rug ("Bronze & Midnight Paradise Khesti Grid")

This extraordinary Persian Souf rug honors classical Persian Garden (Khesti) heritage through an intricate, architectural compartment design. The central field is arranged into a multi-column grid of rectangular panels, each illustrating individual paradise garden scenes—featuring weeping cypress trees, archways, paisley boteh emblems, flowering vines, and geometric micro-patterns. Encasing this rich central mosaic is a wide, multi-tiered border composed of a detailed main track adorned with repeating floral rosettes, leaves, and intricate guard bands.

The dark, moody color palette is anchored by deep bronze brown and midnight navy, beautifully balanced by champagne ivory, taupe, ochre gold, and soft muted turquoise highlights. Masterfully crafted with the signature raised relief-weave texture and radiant sheen of high-density silk-and-wool Souf construction, and finished with neat off-white fringe along the ends, this unframed floor covering serves as a refined luxury masterpiece that seamlessly connects traditional paradise motif storytelling with sophisticated interior spaces.
